Savor weekend taking place  in DC on June 8th and 9th  has quickly become one of the coolest beer events to be a part of! Food and Beer can you think of anything better?  Breweries are picked through a lottery and we have been lucky the past few years but this year we were not picked which is a bummer but that is not stopping Evolution from doing some really great events in the area that weekend. Savor is sold out so even if you dont have a ticket you should still make your way into DC and enjoy some of the events in the city. So many breweries will have beers in bars and restaurants in the area. If you love great beer and great food  you should get to DC that weekend!

Thursday June 7th leading up to Savor weekend Evolution will be having a tap takeover at Lou's in Columbia Heights

June 8th Nikkis Discount Liquors in Overly wil have a beer tasting from 5-7pm

Saturday June 9th Head Brewer Geoff DeBisschop will be at Meridian Pint in DC  www.meridianpint.com  for a really great pre party for Savor.  A long list of great breweries will  be representing at this event so check it out if you can.

Saturday June 9th Rodmans in DC will have a beer tasting from 1-5

Our family is growing!

The newest Southern Boys Concept restaurant is opening in Salisbury- The Evolution Public House.
This fresh new restaurant will be opening for dinner service with reservations only starting on Monday, March 26th and we wanted you to be the first to know. We will be showcasing Evolution Craft beers and pairing them with exciting gastro pub cooking. We can't wait to introduce you to the menu creations helmed by Chef Robbin Haas, a noted Food and Wine Top Chef. This will be John & Tom Knorr's 6th restaurant along with a major expansion of the Evolution Craft production Brewery that will be making its move into the adjoining space in the coming weeks. We will keep you posted as to when you can visit the brewery and tasting room!

This first week of service, we hope that you will call us at 443-260-BEER (2337) and make a reservation to try our new menu and help us break in the space! The kitchen will be open from 4-10 pm each night.

We hope to see you soon,

The Southern Boys Team

So this Saturday is St Patricks Day and maybe you feel some how drawn to a place serving green beer but you dont have to put yourself through that this year, honest you dont! The Evolution tasting room will be open at 12 and it looks like its going to be a nice day so come hang out! Play a game of cornhole sit outside and enjoy this awesome Spring we are having!  So while we will not be serving green beer  we will have Rise Up Stout (its about as irish as we can get) and we would love to have you out  for our last St Patricks Day in Delmar (sniff)

Hoping in a few weeks to have the brewhouse photos for you to look at.  We will post a menu soon!
