So this Saturday is St Patricks Day and maybe you feel some how drawn to a place serving green beer but you dont have to put yourself through that this year, honest you dont! The Evolution tasting room will be open at 12 and it looks like its going to be a nice day so come hang out! Play a game of cornhole sit outside and enjoy this awesome Spring we are having! So while we will not be serving green beer we will have Rise Up Stout (its about as irish as we can get) and we would love to have you out for our last St Patricks Day in Delmar (sniff)

Its been a little while since we posted any photos but a lot has been happening. The restaurant is getting closer and closer to being done, the outside of the new building is starting to look super cool and even though in these photos the signage is not complete you can get the idea of how great its going to look. Hoping in a few weeks to have the brewhouse photos for you to look at. We will post a menu soon!

Tonight, Monday, February 20 at 6 PM, enjoy some beers from Evolution Craft Brewery. This esteemed brewery, started in 2009, is preparing for its move from Delaware to Maryland.
Upwards of 10 different Evolution drafts will be poured, and the brewers will be in the house handing out glassware. A cask of Lot #3 IPA with Amarillo hops in the firkin, as well as a rare keg of Winter Migration 2011 and Menagerie #3 Redux will be tapped. All four year-round brews will be flowing as well, not to mention Rise Up! Stout and Lot #6 Double IPA.
There is no admission for the event and all Evo drafts and casks will be priced individually in 4 oz. tasters and full-glass pours.

The space a few weeks ago seemed like it would be nearly impossible to fill but the new fermenters and brite tank are starting to fill the space and look beautiful! (so shiny) The restaurant and tasting room are taking shape and very soon the restaurant will be opening. All of us at Evolution are looking forward to being in the new space but leaving Delmar will be bittersweet. We started in Delmar and we have been embraced there so its always hard to leave a good thing. However we are excited about the growth and additional awesomeness the restaurant will be adding to Evolution Craft Brewing Company. Here are some new photos to check out!

Digital Rendering of new space
This is what we hope you see when you pull up to our new location in Salisbury soon, minus the plywood, grey sky and construction zone. We will post more inside photos this week.

Moving on up!
The brite tank and 120bbl fermenters are on their way to Salisbury! A lot has happened this week and the progress is very noticeable. A wall has been put up to separate the brew house from the packaging space, the boiler room has been built up to meet the fire code and the restaurant has the kitchen framed out. To some the end result at a construction site is hard to visualize so if that pertains to you maybe the photos of the new tanks will help you out. We're moving on up, thanks to those 30 foot ceilings!
