We've been plugging away at some new beers and are nearing release for some of them:
Lot #6 Double ipa: think of this as our Lot #3 on performance-enhancing malt and hops. 9.3%abv, and all kinds of tropical fruit and citrus notes. Tommy got very nervous when he saw all the hops going into this one.
Sprung: our spring seasonal, a 4.9%abv golden ale brewed with honey, hibiscus and chamomile. Slightly sweet with a subtle tartness to balance.
Migration #1: the first in our Migration series of barrel aged beers. Black and 9.5%abv or so, this beer was designed to complement the bourbon barrels we'll be aging them in. Tentative release date is Dec. 1 in bottle-conditioned 750ml bottles, so the closest you'll get to them for some time will be by standing next to them in our tasting room.
Releases for the Lot#6 and Sprung are very soon, but check us out on Facebook for the most up to date info on what we've got in the tasting room. We've been brewing alot more Rise Up Stout as well, so we've been pouring plenty of that as well...
