We had our new signs put up last week, and they're looking good. But just prior to the removal of the old signs ("Delmar Food Rite" or something like that) we noticed that someone had left a calling card in the "e" of "Delmar". I know it couldn't be any of the gang over at Dogfish, as they are too busy ramping up expansion plans. So who could it be? We'll just have to get to the bottom of this little mystery...

Geoff~ Hi it's Jennifer. Possibly I could be much like your Blame Dell..and in the dark times as this is my first blogging!. Or is.... to blog?..Loved the story thus far on the inception of Evolution. I didn't need to visit today as I can learn so much from your writing! Although I am very glad to have met and visited the brewery today. Impressed and excited for all!! The brewery is great, Looking forward to coming back soon. Your first batch will be complete. I will type my notes..you may notice some familiar descriptive writing as i will use your blog story pieces for my training piece if that's cool with you? Enjoyed the great tastes of ESB, Primal and Lucky 7--that might be my favorite already and it's not even done!
