Here's the view of the brewhouse from just behind the cold water tank, down the aisle of fermentation and bright beer tanks. Nearly all of our plumbing is completed, and much of the electrical work as well. Monday we may fire up the boiler, as well as trying to clean up a little. By the end of next week we should be running test boils, cleaning tanks, and prepping for when "the man" gives us the ok to begin production.

Hello March
