Freezing on the Eastern Shore

Today, I'm not sure I buy into the tales of mild Eastern Shore winters- it's cold and windy, and I'm thinking Boston couldn't be worse. As of today, all our equipment is more or less in place, awaiting wiring, piping and/or cleaning. Work on the taproom is well along, and steam, cooling and wiring are moving forward- check out the photo from twitter on the sidebar. This morning we had a visit from the Eastern Shore sales crew of FP Winner, who we hope will be our Maryland distributor- hopefully they'll be back soon so we can finish the tour in the proper way: with a beer.
