Construction Continues

All the tanks are now inside except our big 40 barrel tanks, and they'll come in on Monday. The bulk of the plumbing should be completed next week, and our bottling line should be here next week as well. We can't wait to get down to some serious cleaning- and brewing should be right behind that...
